PCL Insulation Scheme
PCL has set up a new grant scheme in partnership with Scottish and Southern Energy to help individuals secure a grant towards the cost of home insulation. The current scheme prices (as of 22/01/08) are listed below. This scheme is currently only running in the East of England. INSULATE YOU HOME NOW FROM ONLY £179
