PCL - Energy Services

Through its project partners PCL offers free low energy bulbs to households who meet the following criteria.

Working Tax Credit (with a disability element and household income of less than £14,600)
Child Tax Credit (with a household income of less than £14,600)
Income support (which must include a disability element).
Council Tax Benefit (which must include a disability element).
Housing Benefit (which must include a disability element).
Income Based Jobseekers Allowance.
Disabled Persons Tax Credit.
Attendance Allowance.
Disability Living Allowance.
Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit.
Pension Credit.
War Disablement Pension.
Severe Disablement Allowance.

Low energy bulbs can be collected in person from the PCL office in Peterborough or they can be posted for a cost of £2.99. This charge is to cover the cost of postage and packaging only. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to PECT Consultancy Ltd.

To mail order your low energy bulbs please complete and return the order form below and enclose your cheque/postal order. The bulbs are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days. The scheme is run on a first come first served basis, until our supplies are gone.
