PCL Energy Services Scheme (PCL-E) is an energy service that has been designed to help residents reduce their fuel bills.
PCL-E
has looked at all the options, contacted all the gas and
electricity suppliers and analysed the replies - price is
not the only important factor.
We want to be sure that you
can pay by the method you prefer and at places you can get
to. We want to be sure you will get help if you cannot
afford to pay and will not be forced to have a card meter if
you don’t want one. We have then selected one preferred
supplier to partner us on this scheme.

Ordinarily, using gas or electricity in your home produces
Carbon Dioxide (COČ) which is a major contributor to global
warming. But switch to and you can help change this.
Our energy supply partner can supply clean hydro-electricity
which doesn’t burn oil, coal or gas – so it doesn’t create
COČ in the first place. And to balance out the COČ created
by your gas use, our supply partner plant trees each year–
plus one more to make up for the emissions created by the
disposal of your household waste.
Change
fuel supply via PCL-E and you’ll change the effect you and
your household have on the environment without changing the
way you run your home. And it could work out cheaper than
your current energy supplier too.
